DONATION PROGRAM
WITH NO GOVERNMENT FUNDING, NCFOP RELIES ON LOCAL SUPPORT.
Our mission is to foster the enforcement of law and order; to improve the individual proficiency of our members in the performance of their duties; to encourage social, charitable, and educational activities among law enforcement officers; to cultivate a spirit of fraternalism and mutual helpfulness among our members and the people we serve; to increase the efficiency of the law enforcement profession and thus more firmly establish the confidence of the public in the service dedicated to the protection of life and property.

OUR MISSION

NCFOP is an organization comprised of more than 6,000 law enforcement officers and 50 local lodges across the state.

NCFOP is a federally registered 501 (c) 8 not-for-profit.

Host community events to foster a better understanding between community members and our members, for example, the FOP Cops and Kids events.

Support with funding for the NC Peace Officers’ Memorial Day service each year that recognizes the law enforcement officers that were killed in the line of duty in the previous year.

Support for families of officers killed in the line of duty by providing scholarships to their children and spouse that will assist families in obtaining a college degree or completion of a trade school program.

Various training events that can assist our officers/members with being better able to assist the communities they serve.

Legal seminars to improve the proficiency of our members as they protect our communities.

Seminars to cultivate a spirit of fraternalism and mutual helpfulness among our members and the community.
